Ingredients

– 475g green beans, each piece sliced into 2
– 2 tbsp. oil
– 1/2 cup chopped onion
– 380g ground pork
– 1 pouch tomato paste (70g)
– 2 cups S&W Whole Kernel Corn
– 3/4 tsp. salt
– 1/2 tsp. pepper
– 1 cup water

How to Prepare
  1. Blanch green beans for 1 minute in boiling water. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté onion, ground pork, tomato paste in oil for 2 minutes. Add S&W Whole Kernel Corn and remaining ingredients except for green beans.
  3. Bring to a boil then simmer for 20 minutes or until corn is tender. Remove from flame, then add green beans.
